Spoon Cookies 2 c sugar 1/2 c milk 1 stick butter 4 tbsp cocoa 3 c oatmeal 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c nuts (optional) Boil sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 2 minutes. Start timing after the mixture reaches a full boil. Remove from heat. Add oatmeal, vanilla and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
