They took our whole system offline.Like, I get its a complicated thing, worldwide email systems- but is 2 PM the best time to work on it for everyone involved?
Our Outlook hasn’t worked since this morning at work. I’ve gotten an email or two but that’s it.

That’s just it. I don’t think this was planned. It’s been a fucking nightmare. If you knew how much Evil Corp pays a year for this service (assuming your contract looks like ours) you’d be as absolutely enraged as I am right now. This is my job.
