I did a bit of laundry last night and decided to go to bed for a few hours because I was feeling wiped out from work*. I got up at 3:30 a.m., finished my laundry, packed, had a shower and now I am ready to go an hour before I need to leave for the airport.
*I sit at my desk all day reading slides and doing reports. That should not be tiring but it is. It just exacerbates the lack of exercise/movement in my life and I need to get back to that. I’m in a sloth spiral.

I feel less tired after my run-all-over days at work than I do after my sit-at-my-desk-all-day days. I feel your pain. Unrelated: I once saw a sloth do laps around his exhibit in in a spiral-like shape. It was adorable.

On the other hand, I bet an actual sloth spiral would be awfully cute.
