The sky was blue my last full day in Seattle! In all honesty, the rain didn’t bother me much but I can see where it would get old after a while. I also loved the name of the hostel on the corner.

I forgot I took this in Seattle. I saw the original Starbucks (on 1st Ave. near Pike Place Market). I should have gone in but I didn’t.

I wish I would have been able to take one of these arrangements home. They were gorgeous (and only $5!).

Fish and their guys at the  Pike Place Market, Seattle, WA.

The guys* at the Pike Place Fish Co. (they’re right at the entrance-first two photos) were fun to watch (they toss the fish and do lots of call outs**) and were sooo cute. They had quite a few fish shops there. I loved the market.

* Ryan Y. served me. :)

**e.g. I bought some stuff that came to $7. I gave one of the guys a $10 and he yelled to the cashier “Seven out of” and they all yelled back “Seven out of.”  This explanation was probably totally unnecessary but I did it anyway.

I am at a place called Ludi’s Restaurant and Lounge having breakfast. This is one of their Filipino breakfasts called Longsilog. It’s described as ‘3 longaniza sausages, eggs and lots of garlic rice.’ It’s quite good!

The market was closed but I walked back there anyway to see it lit up.

Pike Place market - amazing. Any kind of food you could ever want. It’ll be tough going back to smaller town Ohio food choices.

When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand.
