Edit: I didn’t know who the figure was on this stone so I did a little searching. The stone was left at the garden by an anonymous donor. It depicts a “bodhisattva, an enlightened being who has delayed entering nirvana in order to help others reach enlightenment.” (there’s some great explanations of other ornaments at the garden at that link)
